Directions for use

For best results, take one or two capsules daily with food (ideally breakfast), or as professionally directed. For ongoing use, one capsule a day may often suffice.

If you are unable to swallow capsules, the contents of the capsule can be mixed with a cold meal or cold beverage.

‘For women’ can safely be taken alongside other supplements in the OptiBac range.

Storage: Like the rest of the OptiBac range, ‘For women’ does not require refrigeration. Store out of direct sunlight.

    I started taking optibac for women after having some BV I had after my miscarriage. I started taking it daily and it is also safe to use in pregnancy. I think this is one to take on an ongoing basis to keep any bacteria at bay!
